Please try again later.yes you have to call nabi for all your issues, and they aren't the smartest people, and it is a long drawn out process just to speak to any one, and the person you speek to does not know what you want after all the automated questions, JUST BUY A TABLET AND PAY FOR THE PROPER APPS, I PERSONALLY BAUGHT AN APPLE TABLET AND INSURANCE AND GAVE TO MY KID AND SAID GO, that simple, any good tablet you have used will be good enough though
