• I would recommend downloading Netflix. You can literally have separate profiles under the same account so you can set parental controls. I would never suggest letting a child under 15/16 yrs old to surf or watch anything on Youtube,

• Download tubemate. You will be able to download videos from youtube and watch whenever you want without wifi.

• Yes The dream has two modes. It works like a regular android tablet, or you can put it on nabi mode so you don't have to worry about your kids buying or going to a site he/she not supposed too.
