Will this scuff or leave scratches on laminated hardwood? I have a shark and after two years, I’m going to have to refinish my floors :( I want to be sure this device will not do the same. null

I haven’t had any issues and my house is all hardwood floors with a few throw rugs (high and low pile) that my vacuum navigates really seamlessly on and off of without leaving any marks. I’ve only had mine for a little over a month but have run her at least once per day & haven’t seen anything.

No, this will not scuff your floors Neato has taken great care in the design and function of this vacuum to make sure of it. I have owned a Neato Robotic vacuum for about 5 years now and every new model is better than the last one.

I have had no scuff marks on my laminated floor. I have another robot the Roomba i7 and compared to that robot the D7 is gently.
