Neato Robotics - Botvac D7 Wi-Fi Connected Robot Vacuum - Black/Gray

Purchased the Neato D7 after owning a roomba s9 and i7+ For about a month. I returned the S9 because it got stuck on the carpet and the i7 because it didn’t pick up dog hair. I have had the D7 for about a week now and it is vastly superior at cleaning pet hair. I ran the i7 and D7 back to back and the amount of hair picked up by the D7 was astounding. The app for the D7 isn’t as good as the iRobot app, but the vacuum is much better. For the money, the Neato is the best robot vacuum available. Included picture is what the Neato picked up running right after the i7.

This is my third Neato product and it is by far the best. I have also owned a few Roombas, but prefer the design of the Neato because it gets right up to the wall. The mapping feature is amazing and you can set no-go lines for areas that you don’t want cleaned. I have mine set up on a daily schedule, and you would be amazed to see how much this vacuum picks up.

I have bought Neato botvac connected 3 years ago for my wife. I had to return them three times because of something wrong with the Neato. Lot of times it was just randomly will not clean properly or it won’t clean at all or it would start to spin around in circles and just not go anywhere. So the last old one I had I taking it back to Best Buy to get there Newest Neato witch is the D7 and The moment I brought it home to set it up it wouldn’t even move. I called customer service they told me to take it back right away because they saw the error code they didn’t give me any type of satisfaction other than that I had to make an inconvenience to go back to Best Buy to get a new one. So this is my fifth Neato now. So far it works good but let’s see how I holds up a year later or a month. If it don’t work. I’m done. Ohh please do get a Warranty for their products!

I never thought that I would buy a robot vacuum, I always thought of them as somewhat a silly novelty. The D7 is excellent, as I have two cats, and I have dark hardwood floors. I can have animal hair and catbox litter picked up for me by the time I get home from work. It is so nice to come home to a clean floor. On a sidenote for those with carpet, The mechanism and suction on the D7 is so good it picks up so much stray cat hair and dander, and is awesome underneath furniture and the beds where your kitties like to chill out...

This botvac really does a great job. It room maps your home. You can then setup cleaning zones based on your home map. Setting it up this way is super efficient and convenient. It works with Alexa and Google. After you run it through your home, you can setup no go zones. If you have anywhere it gets stuck it also comes with a no go barrier strip. We named ours Rosie... And no we really are living in the future!

I have been using neato D7 for the last 4-5 years. This machine is great. I have it set up with my iPhone and can start it from anywhere. You can control which rooms you want it to clean and set do not go lines. You can see my neato next to my braava M6.

This robot works on lidar, so works best night and day. It's best to schedule in night b to clean your rooms and walk into clean home every morning. Zoning feature in this case vacuum, further makes it easy to clean and you can make it to clean some specific room from the app. Good size dirt bin, makes this robot easy to use. Good great buy

Appropriately named, this is the "neatest" appliance I've ever owned. It keeps the floors clean with a deep clean or can be set on ECO for quieter, longer run periods. It is engineered to be much easier on the furnishings than any other robotic sweeper that I’ve ever witnessed. Not only does it deep clean the floors, it also takes care of small debris brought into the house with everyday traffic and two Westies. The Robotic Sweeper creates an outline of your floorplan, it can clean the whole area, spot clean or be remotely controlled with your mobile device. To maximize its capabilities, clear the entire floor area to be swept and remotely control the robot around the perimeter; then let Neato do it work by eventually finding and cleaning the entire floorplan. Once know, Neato can be controlled to start and stop via phone, Alexa Echo, etc.and it will remember the floor area and clean it! When and if it encounters a problem with rug fringe, etc. it will notify you on the app that its having an issue so that you can assist and then get back to work on something else. Start, stop, pause or remotely control the cleaning of your floor areas. I absolutely LOVE this sweeper!!!!
