A: No, we don’t recommend plugging it into a 220-volt outlet. It should only be plugged into a 120-volt outlet.

Q: Is this model good for home with shedding pets
A: My cat sheds and so far it helps quite a bit. You might have to empty your base more often depending how much and how often you have your machine cleaning.
Q: what's the height of the vacuum ? ( not the station) I need to know if it can be go under my sofa
A: My couch has a 3.5” clearance, that’s exactly what I was worried about. But it goes under without issue.

I’m happy
So far so good. It dues a great job cleaning. I had to call for help when first seeing it up and trying to understand it. The call was definitely not domestic so there was some trouble but in the end it helped. Is as described. I’m very happy with my purchase and have shear recommended it to friends and family.

Amazing Shark vacuum
I bought this vacuum for my daughter for Christmas. I have the same one and it works absolutely amazing and I would recommend it to anyone!
