We've had a Roomba for years and recently upgraded to the Shark Matrix, which we affectionately named Sharkira. And Sharkira is awesome! First time cleaning took about 90 minutes - about 1000 sq ft on the first floor of our condo. Living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom. Sharkira gets more and more efficient each cleaning and has settled into about an hour after learning the area. And we have a schedule so we just set it, and forget it. I'm getting another one to put in the basement.

This is the best robot vacuum that i have ever owned. I have 4 cats and it gets in the carpet pretty deep and i love that i can set it to where it will turn on, we named it sharkie and my cats are very curious by it and watching it every time it vacuums.

I love this vacuum. Maps out my house. I Barely need to clean it compared to the older models. Great when it is on sale.

Easy to set up. Maps out the whole house. And does specific rooms if you want it to, the extra help doing the floors is nice.

It's wonderful, I love it. She helps me a lot and I feel like she's my right hand.

I love this thing. We had a cheaper one given to us as a Christmas gift a few years ago and it always got stuck multiple times while cleaning, did not have many features, and didn't clean the best. Well, not this one. Rolled over thresholds, mats, and even some long fabric mats that we have in front of our doors for our dogs coming inside. It leaves my floors actually feeling clean and the mapping system in the app is fantastic. The only issues I've had is the battery not being quite big enough to clean our 1600 square foot home in one cleaning cycle and not being able to stop the cleaning cycle once it's dead and has to return to the base to charge and then finish the job. It is crazy smart though. When we first started using it the clean report would tell us how long it took to clean and the more it does it, the faster it gets. Definitely worth the money we paid for it and will buy another if it ever breaks.

This has been a great upgrade to my old roomba - I debated on a vaccuum mop combo, but ultimately decided the vaccuum only was all I needed and this does not disappoint. Good coverage and suction power, app is easy to navigate and I am a happy camper!

It’s a beast at picking up dog hair. I use it everyday for my husky. Way better than the Roomba i previously had. It is extra loud when it self dumps but don’t mind it after seeing how clean it leaves the floor.

We recently bought the Shark Matrix Self Empty Robot Vacuum. We got a great price as no other store or online offer could beat Best Buy's. The vacuum cleaner works really well and the self empty feature saves you quite a bit of time and effort. Easy to set up and operate. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Worst vacuum ever! Had several other vacuums from a different brand. Never had much of a problem. The reason I bought a new one was battery issues. I decided to try shark. I’ve seen the commercial and thought this vacuum would be perfect. I own three labs so hair is a problem. For the first two months we had no issues. Then the machine kept losing signal and I would have to reconnect. It involves rebooting and searching for a new vacuum. I tried talking to customer service and returning the unit but they kept wanting to run me through repair procedures which I had already completed. I’m still waiting for the call back (month later). The unit is constantly getting clogged with hair. This is not the dust bin but where the rollers are. This is almost weekly. Lastly the machine is constantly getting stuck or blocked and takes forever for the battery to recharge. Needless to say never stray from a reliable brand

It works well. I am disappointed that I cannot schedule it to vacuum a specific room only can schedule it to vacuum the entire house. You can send it to vacuum a particular room or area but not on a schedule.

Does a great job cleaning. Picks up cat hair that is not seen. Picked up tracked in grass clippings and dust. Picked up cat litter tracked outside of litter box. The self empty is a real convenience. It knows when to dock & recharge and return to cleaning where it left off.

Was tired of vacuuming every single day with a golden retriever. This robot has me covered and does a great job. I vacuum with the big upright weekly now and pick up very little. Love self cleaning and emptying feature of this bot. It goes under beds and does a great job on both carpet and hardwood

Nice upgrade over our old shark vacuum. This has home mapping and self empties. Very nice unit.

Works great, love the auto empty. The app is good too but could use a little tweaking, maybe a few more details. But all in all this is a good product.

Extremely satisfied with this product. Pros: Ease of use; works wonderfully; notices obstacles and works around. Cons: App didn't connect to my Samsung S25U, but connected to wife's IPhone 17; empty more often than states, however I do have pets.

Love it! I have 4 cats and it picks up all the hair effortlessly! Would definitely recommend!!

This is my second purchase of this model vacuum robot and I love it! I have 2 Roombas and they are junk. The Shark matrix has been spot on from day one and I highly recommend it!
