We've had a Roomba for years and recently upgraded to the Shark Matrix, which we affectionately named Sharkira. And Sharkira is awesome! First time cleaning took about 90 minutes - about 1000 sq ft on the first floor of our condo. Living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom. Sharkira gets more and more efficient each cleaning and has settled into about an hour after learning the area. And we have a schedule so we just set it, and forget it. I'm getting another one to put in the basement.

I love this vacuum. Maps out my house. I Barely need to clean it compared to the older models. Great when it is on sale.

It's wonderful, I love it. She helps me a lot and I feel like she's my right hand.

This is a good robot vacuum. The mapping works great and it really does pick up dust and dog hair. My only issue is that when it gets stuck due to a wire or something it doesn’t send me a notification or alert.

It works well. I am disappointed that I cannot schedule it to vacuum a specific room only can schedule it to vacuum the entire house. You can send it to vacuum a particular room or area but not on a schedule.

We recently bought the Shark Matrix Self Empty Robot Vacuum. We got a great price as no other store or online offer could beat Best Buy's. The vacuum cleaner works really well and the self empty feature saves you quite a bit of time and effort. Easy to set up and operate. Very satisfied with this purchase.

It works well. The waste collection tray is a nice bonus.

Works great, love the auto empty. The app is good too but could use a little tweaking, maybe a few more details. But all in all this is a good product.

It’s easy to use and clean so good for husky hair. Remove every hair in the floor and no scratches in the floor

Great machine. easy to learn and set up. Gets over obstacles easily, I have a thick rug and has no problems getting off and on the rug. We also go fringes on some of our rugs and no issues. You won't regret this purchase.

The shark does a nice job of cleaning. It tends to get hung up on rocking chair legs, and the edge of a step.

So far so good. Reliable, more so than the iRobot,…for now.. I’ll revisit the review after six months or so as that’s the time the iRobot took a dump. The shark is finicky to connect to your WiFi. No spaces in PW or ssid. Had to troubleshoot for a while.

Nice upgrade over our old shark vacuum. This has home mapping and self empties. Very nice unit.

Extremely satisfied with this product. Pros: Ease of use; works wonderfully; notices obstacles and works around. Cons: App didn't connect to my Samsung S25U, but connected to wife's IPhone 17; empty more often than states, however I do have pets.

I've been researching the Shark for a while and got it as a Christmas gift. I love it and it gets the job done.

I was worried about the performance because i have a golden retriever. But it works great.

Works great! Cleans our fully carpeted apartment efficiently and handles all of the dog hair with ease.

I was a bit overwhelmed and got a friend's help to activate it, so i thought. I let him go over the instructions and i followed. It turns out it is not so complicated. It was great! First, it maps your place (I thought it did a lousy job). When my friend left I had it clean my apartment and it did a thorough job! This robot vacuum has evolved over the years, now is the time to get one (or more)
