Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is a Cable modem and is not compatible with DSL. You must have cable for this modem to work. I think Best Buy and other retailers sell DSL modems, though. I've had both and I think hands down cable modem is a better quality internet service. If you have cable service in your area you may want to think of switching. Good luck!
