Not sure if this will work specifically with Suddenlink as I've never heard of that company, but I can confirm that this modem is more than 4 channels. I believe it is 16 channels, actually, but if 4 is the minimum to work with Suddenlink, you should be good to go.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am using it with Suddenlink and have no issues. When you install it you will have to call Suddenlink and give them the MAC address so they can authorize the new modem. After that it took about 10 minutes for my internet to be up and running, though it is supposed to happen instantly. Once it is authorized and their end shows it has connection, if you don't have internet I suggest restarting the router and the PC.
