yes it shows on there list that Model: CM500-100NAS NETGEAR - DOCSIS 3.0 High-Speed Cable Modem - Black is approved.ALSO IT SHOWS THAT THE NEWER Model: CM600-100NAS NETGEAR - DOCSIS 3.0 High-Speed Cable Modem - Black IS APPROVED.THE REASON WHY I'M SHOWING THE NEWER ONE.BECAUSE IF YOUR CABLE COMPANY HAS 16 DOWNSTREAM AND 4 UP STREAM.THEN THE NEW ONE WILL LET YOU GROW IN THE FUTURE BECAUSE THE NEW ONE HAS 24 DOWN STREAM AND 8 UP STREAM
