• I'm pretty sure it will work with all cable companies. It's just a device that converts the data coming in over the cable to data that the computer can understand and reconstruct

• Yes. Been using it with TW for several months now. I think I found it on their compatibility list https://www.timewarnercable.com/content/dam/residential/pdfs/support/internet/twc-compatible-modems.pdf
