• Mine works with DSL line and I had used it to replace the att modem. All items are in the box. You will need your log on name and PIN for ATT account which is a rarely used account for me.

• I have AT&T, and it works great. I don't think it is for U-Verse, though

• Yes. I bought this to replace AT&T router. You just need to know your customer ID and PW to get it going.
