No, this is a DSL modem. It will not work with TWC. You will need to look for a cable modem.

But if you have CenturyLink (regular phone line and internet through the phone line), then this is the product. For cable subscribers, look at Netgear's AC1750 Dual-Band Wireless-AC Router with Docsis 3.0 Cable Modem. Great price and does it all. No need for a router.
