• No, this is a DSL modem. It will not work with TWC. You will need to look for a cable modem.

• Not sure what TWC is, but here in Minnesota if you have cable (Comcast) and a phone with them, you cannot use this as a replacement. But if you have CenturyLink (regular phone line and internet through the phone line), then this is the product. For cable subscribers, look at Netgear's AC1750 Dual-Band Wireless-AC Router with Docsis 3.0 Cable Modem. Great price and does it all. No need for a router.

• Great idea but be aware that TWC when providing faster speeds requires a different modem than currently in use.
