Yes it will work with century link dsl. That was my situation exactly.

About month ago my ISP stop working, and bought another modem thinking modem went bad. This modem is no longer compatible Century Link broadband. I was having issues with my internet but they are the only provider in my area so I decided to try new equipment. All of my issues are gone. My internet is faster. No buffering. We have at least four devices on wifi constantly and have no issues now. I got this modem for $50 and a Netgear router for $45 and it was money well spent. The setup was easy breezy too.
