Yes it will work with centurylink. I got this one because it's the only adsl that was sold in my area. I have centurylink as well, it's a cheaper and better option then using theirs.

NO- These are still being sold as being compatible with ISP-broadband through Century Link. About month ago my ISP stop working, and bought another modem thinking modem went bad. 
This modem is no longer compatible Century Link broadband.

We have Centurylink and yes it does. Just make sure your modem will support the data speed you currently receive.

I bought this to replace the equipment from Centurylink. I was having issues with my internet but they are the only provider in my area so I decided to try new equipment. All of my issues are gone. My internet is faster. No buffering. We have at least four devices on wifi constantly and have no issues now. I got this modem for $50 and a Netgear router for $45 and it was money well spent. The setup was easy breezy too.

Didn't work for my Centurylink DSL. I live in the Twin Cities area MN. I called Centurylink and they pointed me to another device from Best Buy that would work. Call them first to save the trouble of a return.

This is compliant and can work for any DSL carrier. You will need to speak with yours however to find out if they support this product.
