• It does but the setup for me today wasn't as easy as some others decribed. I ended up having to call Spectrum and it took them a while to verify the Modem, probably about an hour. Also I needed to keep the old Modem/Router for my phone lines for some reason.

• WARNING, the NETGEAR Nighthawk Voice Cable modem only works for Comcast Xfinity, it DOES NOT work with Spectrum. Since it includes Voice, it only works with Comcast. The NETGEAR Nighthawk Cable modem (without Voice) does work with Spectrum cable. If you have Spectrum get the Cable Only modem, otherwise the Voice Cable modem will not work with your Spectrum internet.
