I used the modem for Xfinity internet and voice. Setup was easy and straight forward for both Internet and Voice, as long as the ISP provided the support on their side, automatically or manually. I cannot verify the 2.5 gbit connection as my router does not support it. My internet speed is up to 80% of my service consistently. Since internet speed could be limited by other external factors, I assumed the speed is acceptable. For Spectrum connection, one should consult the ISP compatible modem list.
