• Yes it has both a 2.4Ghz and a 5GHz band. You cannot use it to setup guest networks though, if that matters.

• Yes; it provides 5gb and 2.5 bands as seperate networks once set up.

• I'll have to take your word that it's dual band because the specifications above state it is 2.4 GHz only.
