Will this modem work with Windstream, VDSL bonded null

No, this will not work with a bonded connection.

No, this modem will not work with the DSL Bonded. It will only work with the DSL normal.

I also have Windstream and after upgrading to 25mbps a VDSL modem was required. Works great with no problems!
