QuestionFor some reason when using the Panasonic UB-820 and I go to watch a movie the hdr is not on. I will hit the stop button on the remote and then I will hit play and all of the sudden hdr comes on.

QuestionWill it work if it sits at an angle? I have built-in shelves that are 15" wide (with walls on either side). The Panasonic is 17" wide. If it sits at an angle, will it still work correctly? Will the discs stay in the tray?

QuestionIs there anyway in the settings menu to disable the screensaver? It is a total PITA to have to hit return to make it go away every time I want to look at the tracks I'm playing on a CD. Thanks

QuestionLG oled c9 ,hooked to a nakamichi 9.2.4 sound bar. Should I run one HDMI video to the tv. And the audio to the sb? Or run arc from sb to tv. And just plug HDMI from the player to the sb?

- Answer I do both using an Audioquest vodka cable “audio out” to soundbar, carbon “video out” to tv input 1 or 3, and carbon eArc to port 2 Tv to soundbar with the same tv, same year. A little better sound than 1 output and relying solely on eArc. Bottom port is PS5. All works well as long as I stay busy making sure it’s on the right source input to tv via remote

QuestionDoes anyone know why I get the menu in upper right corner of screen when pausing or playing 4k disc that has the 3 lines, "Ultra HD Blu-ray, Pause, 4K"?...no option to select, just a pop-up and hoping it defaults to 4K for these 4k discs!

- Answer For the person who answered, Yes it has repeat. A-B Repeat and Repeat are two different things. A-B Repeat creates a loop of a selected piece of a video and loops it from point A to point B that you select. If the remote control does not have a button that says (A-B) then it doesn't have it.

- Answer Yes, I purchased this player for those reasons. I have several blu ray dvd players by sony, samsung, and other panasonics and did not want to spend a thousand or more for an oppo or panasonic 900. So far I have noticed an improvement in picture upscaling and in music and movie soundtracks. I am running my player on a onkyo 7.1 rec with atmos and dts. very good player for the price. hope this helps
