QuestionI have the Panasonic DP-UB820 dvd player and a Samsung tv. How do I get the tv to come on when I turn on the dvd player without turning on the tv first?

- Answer I believe you need to turn on the hdmi control feature on your samsung tv. That will recieve a power on command from your bluray when it comes on through the hdmi cable.

QuestionI have the LG oled55c7p and ultra roku,would this player plus a good amp be enough for movies and music or do I need to get an a/v receiver? Can I adjust volume with ub820 ? Speakers are 4ohm 150-300w emotivas airmotivs. Thinking Monolith amps. Thx.

QuestionFor some reason when using the Panasonic UB-820 and I go to watch a movie the hdr is not on. I will hit the stop button on the remote and then I will hit play and all of the sudden hdr comes on.

QuestionWill this convert a DTS signal into Dolby Digital 5.1 output through HDMI like my Samsung 8500 will do? I have a SONOS playbar which will not decode DTS.

QuestionWill it work if it sits at an angle? I have built-in shelves that are 15" wide (with walls on either side). The Panasonic is 17" wide. If it sits at an angle, will it still work correctly? Will the discs stay in the tray?
