- Answer I have a 2017 Nissan Rogue. They said I couldn't use my vehicle's microphone and had to use the one the kit came with. Which sucks... it's definitely not as good and an eyesore.

- Answer Hi David! Thank you so much for reaching out to us. Yes, the Pioneer DMH-2660NEX and DMH-W4660NEX are compatible with the factory Bose amplifier in a 2005 Silverado. However, you may need an interface to retain certain functions such as steering wheel controls, OnStar, and factory amplifier integration. Some commonly used interfaces for this type of installation are the PAC RP5-GM11 or the Metra Axxess GMOS-04. It is recommended to consult with BestBuy's AutoTech team at 1-888-237-8289. QuestionHow do I keep the backup screen grid view lines showing each time I place the car in reverse without manually pressing the grid line icon in the upper left of the screen? I have the Pioneer ND-BC8 camera installed with this radio.

- Answer Hi MLB153! Appreciate you reaching out to us. It seems that the Pioneer ND-BC8 camera does not have a feature that allows the grid view lines to automatically appear each time you place the car in reverse without manually pressing the grid line icon on the screen. You really need to manually press the icon each time you want to enable the grid lines. QuestionWill this it easily in my 2014 Jeep Patriot? The fit guide says it does but I'm concerned about the vertical space. Current stock unit is only about 3.75" tall so I'm worried it will not fit with the vents or air controls. Anyone know?

The Intelligent Around View Monitor system in your Nissan Rogue is a proprietary technology specific to Nissan vehicles. - Answer The Pioneer DMH-W4660NEX should work great in your 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 with the use of a proper dash installation kit and wiring kit. For your speakers I recommend the Pioneer TS-A693R for the front speakers and Pioneer TS-G520 for the rear lower cab. Please be sure to talk to a Best Buy sales associate for installation details.

QuestionThis head unit doesnt display 12 midnight it says 0 instead. Its on 12 hour mode in settings Not 24 hours and everything seems right how do i fix this or should i just make best buy who installed it with this problem fix it?

- Answer I did everyrhing you said and its already on 12 hour mode not 24 hour mode. so once again how do i fix this problem? Clock doesnt say 12 midnight it says 0....this is going to my 4th trip back to best buy to get my radeo fixed im really sick of having to do this!
