• It could be because the sound is from their end. If you’re using Bluetooth I recommend Apple CarPlay or android auto for your phone calls. I had the same issue with this radio and it just needed a reset. It works fine now

• Mine works great, might be your bluetooth volume on your phone is too low !!!! Try turning the volume up, that may help!!
