- Answer No. The headset only connects wirelessly to a dongle that has no inputs going into it.

QuestionI just bought the headset and it will not turn on. The dongle is connected to my Xbox and works perfectly. My Xbox recognizes the headset dongle being plugged in however I can not get my headset to turn on. Please help!

- Answer BTW I was trying to fix 900 Max. They have a tiny power reset button under the right cup, use a needle, and it reset was able to power on.

QuestionIs the sound level low? I would pay for decent Sound quality but if I can't hear it then it does nothing for me.

- Answer The Sound quality is fine, I have purchsed this product and used it for 3 weeks so far, longest lasting batter ever I have had on a headset literally had it last 2 whole days no charging after 8+ hours of playing games and the headset finally told me that the battery has decreased to Medium at 16 hours. Sound quality is also really good when after downloading Dolby Atmos, made a significant difference in sound quality. Dolby atmos is the defining product that makes this headset mediocre to excellent

QuestionCan you mute audio easily?

- Answer Very easy. The Mic goes up and down, if you push it all the way up it automatically mutes it and gives a chime to let you know. When you un-mute (lower Mic),a chime occurs to let you know you're now on audio. So very easy.

- Answer Yes you can. My buddy and I connected 2 sets of RIG headphones with both of the individual dongles to test headsets.

- Answer Im sorry man, i have the same issue, the only way to fix it is to tare it apart and rewire. The best thing to do is put it down and by a new.

- Answer Check your bluetooth settings. If you have a bluetooth connection set up, remove it. Ihad one connecting and it was overpowering the connection with the adapter. Deleted it and worked perfectly.

- Answer Also, there is a switch on the back of the usb receiver that allows you to select Xbox or pc. Make sure you have selected the correct option for you application.
