• I don't see the 800 HX listed anywhere for sale so it may be an older model. Images on the Plantronics website show the HX in a charging dock/cradle. That's the only difference I can see.

• The Lx is specifically made for the Xbox while the Hx is made for PlayStation. One main thing to note Lx model uses the Xbox One X Dolby Atmos sound decoder and includes the subscription for using the decoder. Hx does not offer this type of sound decoder nor subscription through Playstation.
