Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. In case anyone is still looking for this answer (like I was)... on the headset you set it to pairing mode, it’s the same button where power is but you hold up for just a second or two. On the transmitter that connects to the Xbox you hold down the button on top (this one’s a bit conspicuous because it just looks like a design or logo but it’s a button). It should take only a moment to pair after that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.it is a bug in the Xbox one s. I have to unplug the power cord on my xbone-s and plug it back in. after that it works for a while.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You might have to go to your settings and set the audio to headphones and speakers that fixed it for me good luck
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If it keeps cutting out like mine was on the xbox 1 then get it connected and when the "headphone assigned" thing pops up go in there and assign it to the desired account
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is a switch on the transmitter/receiver. The 2 positions are console and PC. You need to select Console when connected to the Console and PC when connected to the PC. Since it works on your PC and not your console, my guess is you left the switch in the PC position when you connected to your Xbox
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure the switch on the box is on Xbox (that plugs into the Xbox) Go to Xbox settings and switch it to bitstream See if it is on Dolby in the Xbox sound settings
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You might need to re-sync the headset by pressing the pair button.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. In order for the headset to work on your Xbox One S please make sure the switch on the back of the wireless transmitter is set to console mode (not PC mode) before connecting it to your Xbox's USB port. Afterwards, you might want to make sure your Xbox is up to date and ensure your RIG headset is set as the default audio device on your console's sound/devices settings.
