Hello! We're sorry to hear you're experiencing audio issues with your headset. If you're only getting audio on one of the ear cups, please make sure that the 3.5mm jack is plugged all the way in. We also suggest you to test the headset with a different device like a mobile phone to isolate the cause of the issue. If possible, you might want to try using a different 3.5mm auxiliary cable to verify if the issue is related to the cable. If that is the case, the manufacturer might have some spares at the warehouse. If the issue persists, most likely it has an actual problem and it is best to replace the whole unit.
