QuestionHi I’ve head this headphone for quite some Time one day when I was playing after a while I noticed one side doesn’t have scoundrel I’ve tried it with a phone but doesn’t work what should I do?

If you're not getting sound from one side, please test the headset with a different auxiliary cable to isolate the cause of the issue. Questiondo you need dolby atmos for these headsets or can they just be used as a regular headset just curious thinking of buying one from a friend but not wanting to do the atmos subscription?

QuestionI can hear the game perfectly fine but I can barely hear me friends while In a Xbox party with them I am not sure how to change the volume to make it louder for the party volume. I would like to know how to make the party chat louder through the headset.

- Answer Go to audio settings, there will be a setting that lets you scroll between game and party chat and/or player volume. Scroll it towards the party chat volume (It will look like a person) and it will let you hear your party better. Hope this helps you!

QuestionSo I just got my headset and I realized I can only hear through my headset during party chat and everything else is through my tv, how do I fix this?

- Answer If you go into the audio settings and look at the chat mixer, it should show all the way to the person icon to the right, so if you move that left you should start hearing sound. Should the slider be fully grey, there is another problem but that's the most likely problem.

QuestionMic consistently cuts out at random and my friends cant hear me for minutes at a time then it will work again out of no where , I've tried unplugging from my pc , un plugging the mic and the aux cord and nothing has helped I know my pc isn't the issue

- Answer Hi Bloodshotexe, Did you remove the RIG audio dial sleeve before plugging into the PC port? The RIG 500 PRO HX comes out of the box with XBox controller sleeve in place. That needs to be removed for use with PCs. For PS4 controllers, there is a separate sleeve included in the box. - Answer Lower your volume. Also, make sure the party chat is set to only come out through the headset. Download the Dolby Atmos app as well and see if it makes a difference. Mine echoes when the game or party chat is set to being too loud. Pretty weak design imo.

- Answer Dolby app is free and included (as a code) with your purchase. Volume is controlled on the know that connects directly into the controller. Further volume can be customized on the dashboard. Just hit the Xbox button on your controller, tab over to volume controls, and mix the audio till your heart's content.

QuestionSo I just bought this headset today, I use it for my ps4 but my audio is reversed. So if someone is on my right in game, I hear them on the left is this a malfunction in the headset or can I fix it somehow?

- Answer Hi Lone Wolf, There are a few things you can check. First off, make sure you are using the RIG audio dial plug sleeve for the PS4. Since you purchased the Xbox packaged version, the Xbox sleeve came pre-attached. But in the box was the PS adapter for the plug tip. Make sure that is correct first. And then push the 3.5mm plug all the way into the controller to make sure all the pins on the plug are connecting properly. Next, make sure it is being worn with the microphone on the left side of your head. And finally, there is a known issue for the PS4 and a reverse audio issue. You will find it on many online blogs. How to fix reversed PS4 headphone audio: 1. Connect your RIG 500 PRO to the DualShock 4 controller via the 3.5mm audio jack making sure the mute is not on (microphone boom is down since 500 PRO has a flip-up-to-mute function) ; 2. Perform a hard system reset by pressing and holding the PS4 power button. We hope that helps and you can start enjoying your new RIG headset. Thank you... RIG Gaming
