If you're not getting any audio from the speakers, please test the cable by moving it and checking if there are any shorts that might be causing this. If you have another standard 3.5mm auxiliary cable, please test it with the headset to isolate the cause of the issue. If you notice the issue comes from the cable, we might have some spares available at the warehouse to send you a new one as a one-time exception.
