I would return them. I have had the same problem and i ended up returning them. you end up getting a bad one. I have had a couple bad ones....

Please make sure that the rubber sleeve is set according to the appropriate gaming console. You might also want to test it with a different controller or device (mobile phone/tablet) to isolate the cause of the issue. If you get the same results, then most likely there is an actual problem with the unit and it is best to replace it.
