If your microphone is not working, please make sure to align the notches on the appropriate sleeve and volume wheel before attaching it to your controller and make sure the mic boom is inserted all the way properly. You may also want to make sure the audio settings on your gaming console are set up properly. Last but not least, please try to connect the headset to your mobile to completely isolate the issue. If for some reason you are still having the same issue with the headset connected to your mobile, then it means it has an actual problem and it is best to replace it.
