If you're not getting sound from one side, please test the headset with a different auxiliary cable to isolate the cause of the issue. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi I had the same problem but I went to audio settings on PC and I went to the properties and it turns out one of the earmuffs had been turned down. So I put it up and everything is fine. Try that. Good luck!
