QuestionMy RIG 500 Pro HD has this headband that it is supposed to make it comfortable to where. But, when I am wearing my headset over at least 30min. my head starts to hurt. How am I supposed to stop that from happening? What are some material to use comfortab?

- Answer Hi Nate! We're truly sorry to hear you didn't find your headset comfortable. These headsets are designed to fit the vast majority of ear shapes and sizes; For a better fit, please note the headband adjusts to three sizes (small, medium, large) by moving the earcups. To remove an earcup, press the earcup to detach it from the headband. If you feel the headband is too tight, you might want to try stretching it carefully as it could help for a looser fit. if you still find the product too uncomfortable for normal use we strongly recommend that you consider using a headset with a different wearing style. QuestionHi, I've been using this headset for just under 18 months and the sound has cut out on the right-hand side. I've tried several solutions and I think it is an internal problem (wires). What should I do? How long would one of these headsets usually last??

The life expectancy of the product is of at least a year, but this varies depending on the usage and on most cases it should be closer to 2-4 years. The issue might be related to the cable itself. Please try using any auxiliary 3.5mm cable and see if both ear cups work. This product has a one-year warranty from date of purchase. QuestionSo I have had my head set for just about a year now and I was playing yesterday and the mic got really loose and when I flip it up it just falls down and won’t mute it’s not a big problem but if you would know how to fix it that would be great!!

QuestionI broke my right headphone, the volume knob came off and a wire unhooked which I'm assuming is the right headphone is it fixable and if so how bc I dont want to go out and buy another one

- Answer Clean all grease. Use a 6-32 flathead tapered screw 1/4 long. Clean the screw. Super glue screw in hole on headset and drill hole in cover install. Use a 6-32 jammed nut, tighten and glue after adjusting.

Questionive used this headset twice. the first time was yesterday and i was able to communicate. today i tried again and no matter what i do, the mic does not pick up. i can hear sound, but the mic doesnt pick up.

- Answer After struggling to get my daughter’s to work today, I found this and it worked! Good luck! (P.S. at first, we thought they weren’t working at all, then discovered chat would work but not game audio, then adjusted the settings like the photo shows, and all is working very well now.)

You may also want to switch to Energy-Saving mode. Press Menu Button and then Settings, select power & startup, select power mode & startup and change power mode from Instant-on to Energy-Saving. Last but not least, we recommend testing the headset connected to a different controller or to your mobile to completely isolate the issue. Questioni dropped my headset and now the right ear cup does not work on any system or phone. I assume the wire has come loose and it is no longer in warranty, How do i open the ear cup so that i can check the solder has not come apart?

QuestionI've had a pro and it's been working fine for almost 2 years. Then today all of a sudden it starts being spotty with audio. Either I can only hear party chat and not game audio, or game audio and not party chat, and most of the time I can't hear both?
