Hi! We're truly sorry to hear you've experienced trouble with your microphone. Please make sure the microphone is connected all the way into the the headset. Also to set it up please go to Display and sound > Kinect and devices > Select device and adjust settings. If the microphone still doesn't work, then please test it on a different device (tablet or smartphone) to isolate the cause of the issue. If the issue persists, please note this unit comes with a one-year warranty from date of purchase.
