“So I have had my head set for just about a year now and I was playing yesterday and the mic got really loose and when I flip it up it just falls down and won’t mute it’s not a big problem but if you would know how to fix it that would be great!!”

• Hey Lucas, if you haven’t already check the warranty on the original purchase receipts, you may be entitled to a replacement
