After struggling to get my daughter’s to work today, I found this and it worked! Good luck! (P.S. at first, we thought they weren’t working at all, then discovered chat would work but not game audio, then adjusted the settings like the photo shows, and all is working very well now.)

This is a plug and play device, the only thing you have to make sure is that the switch located on the USB receiver is set to Console instead of PC. After adjusting the switch, you might also want to try a different USB port. If it doesn't work, please test your headset on a PC to isolate the cause of the issue.
