“My RIG 500 Pro HD has this headband that it is supposed to make it comfortable to where. But, when I am wearing my headset over at least 30min. my head starts to hurt. How am I supposed to stop that from happening? What are some material to use comfortab?”

Hi Nate! We're truly sorry to hear you didn't find your headset comfortable. These headsets are designed to fit the vast majority of ear shapes and sizes; For a better fit, please note the headband adjusts to three sizes (small, medium, large) by moving the earcups. To remove an earcup, press the earcup to detach it from the headband. If you feel the headband is too tight, you might want to try stretching it carefully as it could help for a looser fit. if you still find the product too uncomfortable for normal use we strongly recommend that you consider using a headset with a different wearing style.
