Hello there! If you are experiencing some audio issues with the headset you may want to check the settings under your gaming console audio settings. You may also want to test the headset connected to your mobile to completely isolate the issue. If for some reason the echo continues, it could mean an issue with the unit. Once the volume is at its maximum the volume dial will no longer go further. Please note that if you purchased the product in the last 30 days, you may return it to the place of purchase.
