Also check the cable connection to your headset earcups. and make sure both are all the way pushed in. Please note, that if you are using with both XBox and PS4, you will need to change the RIG audio dial sleeve when you switch. The RIG 500 PRO HX ships with the XBox sleeve pre-installed. Switch to the PS4 sleeve, included in the box, when you change to using this with the PS4 controller or else the audio plug won't plug in all the way. • Make sure the inline volume control on your headset is set to a proper level. Full rotation clockwise for max volume. • If you prefer to use the volume control on your console mixer, then you can lock your headset inline to the highest level by sliding or rotating to the maximum setting until it clicks. • Check that your chat application volume level is set to the proper level. • If you use game/chat balance, make sure you set your external device or software application to the right mix of both game and chat levels. If you need addtional assistance, you can reach RIG Customer Support via email at [email protected]. Thanks.
