A:AnswerThey come with a USB cable to charge the removable battery. I have had a battery still have a charge after 3 months but it does depend on how often the camera is triggered which is adjustable. It also depends on your specific camera settings which are also adjustable through the Ring app. I have added the small solar panels to a couple of the cameras that are in areas that I don’t want to risk going dead when we are gone for months at a time.
A:AnswerEasiest way I think would to be, uninstall the phone app. Shut yer phone down let it reboot then reinstall the app, then set your camera back up. I did that when my litle nephew had at my phone. Did that on a few apps. It was less frustrating for me.
