“If ring is working and my door bell is wired to my electrical box how can I have poor power”

• Your doorbell may not supply the required power needed to run Ring. There are some low power doorbell systems.

• Just because it’s on your power doesn’t mean the wifi signal is great. Get the wifi booster or move your modem.

• I don’t know for sure but in my house an electrician checked the amount of power my doorbell had and said the power wasn’t strong enough for the Ring Doorbell 2. The house was built in the 1940’s and has the original wiring.
