• Works extremely well with a router, but as far as cost to install, its 2 to 4 screws, so if you have a power drill, it's free.

• Installing it will just cost you double sided tape less than six dollars unless of course you decide to wire it And yes it will work with the router you only need less than I believe 2 MB per second
