A:AnswerHello Tommy,
Great question. The Ring Video Doorbell can only be connected to an AC transformer. DC is not supported. The Ring Doorbell can directly to a low voltage 8-24V AC transformer.

A:AnswerHello,
Great question. Once you've set up a device in your Ring app, you'll be the sole account owner. As the account owner, you have control over all of the settings on your Ring devices. If you want to use multiple electronic devices (tablet, another phone, etc.) to control your Ring devices, download the Ring app onto the additional devices and use the same login and password you use to log into the Ring app.

A:AnswerHello.
Great question. This is a battery operated doorbell with a hardwired capability. Your Video Doorbell (2020 release) battery is charged using a common micro-USB cable (an orange one is included in your Ring box). The micro-USB cable can be plugged into any USB power source such as a computer. Your battery will take around five to 8 hours to fully charge depending on whether the USB cable is plugged into a USB port or into a wall outlet.
