“Hello all. Just purchased this washer and have a few questions. I hooked it up tonight and the entire “Quick wash” cycle has been incredibly slow. Very slow filling with “warm water” and it fills insanely slow on the rinse cycle while spinning. Normal?”

I do not believe this is normal. Mine fills fine. It’s a large drum it may take awhile but I believe you have an issue. Never a full problem for me.
