“The water doesn’t fill accordingly and the cycle (any) barely agitates therefore my clothes aren’t thoroughly washed. How do I problem solve before I return the washer?”

In my washer the tub fills enough to cover the clothes, but does not fill the tub. The agitation is gentle, but seems to get the clothes clean.
