Q: QuestionI have my washer and dryer stacked but the dryer makes them both move positions. Is there a way to have them fixed on the floor?

• A:Answer You need to double check that both machines are level with a level not only left to right but front to back as well. There’s not a way to mount the machine to the floor without modifying the feet which I dont recommend unless you know what you are doing. If it’s still moving after you completely level the machine make sure you are not over loading the dryer which could cause an unbalanced load and undesired wobbling.

• A:Answer No, if it’s shaking you need to go back and read the operators manual on how to properly level the washer with basic hand tools like a level and channel locks. The machine should not vibrate at all. Mine runs very smoothly even with a heavy load such as a comforter. Make sure you are leveling the machine not only left to right but front to back as well. Operating the machine with severe vibration could damage it. The feet are adjustable to prevent this.

• A:Answer Yes it is designed for this, the washer has dual controls on it to control the dryer as well. They link together via Bluetooth and the washer controls allow you to operate dryer without having to use a stool to see dryer controls.

• A:Answer Thanks, Samsung, for your response. I have tried to save the settings for the Delicate Cycle per the instructions, but they will not save. It's odd because I can save changes in other cycles. I believe these settings are in place to always manually add detergent but the option should be there to change and safe these settings. Look like I will need to add a custom Delicate Cycle with the proper settings for us.
