“I want to change and save the Dose per Wash and Dose per Rinse settings on the Delicates Cycle, but they keep reverting to Off for both. How do I save the changes I made permanently?”

Thanks, Samsung, for your response. I have tried to save the settings for the Delicate Cycle per the instructions, but they will not save. It's odd because I can save changes in other cycles. I believe these settings are in place to always manually add detergent but the option should be there to change and safe these settings. Look like I will need to add a custom Delicate Cycle with the proper settings for us.
