No, if it’s shaking you need to go back and read the operators manual on how to properly level the washer with basic hand tools like a level and channel locks. The machine should not vibrate at all. Mine runs very smoothly even with a heavy load such as a comforter. Make sure you are leveling the machine not only left to right but front to back as well. Operating the machine with severe vibration could damage it. The feet are adjustable to prevent this.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It either is not leveled or they didn’t took out the transfer bolts when installing, it happened to me once :(
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The anti shake "technology" only works if it's level. To help with this you can buy footers on Amazon.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We've had the same machine for over a month and no shaking at all. My guess is your machine is not leveled correctly. Take a level and put it on top in multiple places and see if its off. If it is and Best Buy installed it I'd ask them to come and correct it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It should not shake. Any washer will shake if the load is too large or too bulky. Or if the machine is not balanced, say it’s on un-level ground and in this case it just needs to be balanced. If none 0f these are true I’d definitely reach out to who you purchased the washer from in case it’s defective.
