Q: The product description says Auto Dispense - which usually means that you put in a full bottle of detergent and the machine automatically pulls the amount needed, however, the specification says its single load detergent? Which is it?

A: The machine has two cartridges, one for softener and one for detergent. From about a month of use, I’ve noticed a single fill of both lasts about a month since I just refilled both a few days ago. I use concentrated detergent and concentrated softener. I have the concentrations set in the app and I have the dosing set to medium for both. The machine will add more or less detergent based on how dirty the load is after it runs for a bit. Softener is a fixed volume every time. There are also two manual cups in the drawer, one for manual detergent and one for liquid bleach. If you turn auto dispense off on a cycle, the machine will run with the manual detergent cup. This is useful for things like wool or activewear that use specialized detergents. I hope that helps!
