Customer Ratings & Reviews

I couldn’t be happier with my Samsung Bespoke Washer and Dryer set. From the moment they were installed, I was impressed by the sleek, modern design that fits perfectly into my home. The customizable panels are a game-changer—they not only look amazing but also let me match my appliances to my décor. Functionally, both the washer and dryer are incredibly efficient and surprisingly quiet. The washer handles everything from delicate garments to heavy-duty loads with ease, and the dryer dries clothes quickly without overheating or wrinkling them. The AI technology and smart features are a huge plus—I love being able to start or monitor cycles from my phone through the SmartThings app. Another standout feature is how intuitive and user-friendly the controls are. The built-in cleaning cycles help keep everything fresh and running smoothly, and the energy efficiency gives me peace of mind for the environment and my utility bills. Overall, Samsung knocked it out of the park with this set. It’s stylish, reliable, and full of thoughtful features. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their laundry experience!

1 month in. Very quiet. Easy to use, clothes come out super clean and almost dry. Its shaking more than the dryer but not moving out of place, I will be contacting to get it checked. (It was not before) Truly a Beauty. I definitely recommend

I recently upgraded to the Bespoke 5.3 cu. ft. Ultra Capacity Front Load Washer with Super Speed Wash and AI Smart Dial in Silver Steel, and I must say, it has transformed my laundry routine. This advanced washer offers an array of innovative features, but the AI Wash and Detergent Capacity functions stand out as game-changers, providing a level of convenience and efficiency that sets it apart from traditional washers. AI Wash - Intelligent Laundry at its Finest: The AI Wash feature on the Bespoke Washer is nothing short of impressive. Utilizing artificial intelligence, the washer automatically adjusts the wash settings based on the fabric type, soil level, and load size. Gone are the days of deciphering complex wash cycles; now, I simply load the machine and let the AI handle the rest. It detects the optimal settings, ensuring a thorough and gentle clean for each load, while also saving water and energy. Detergent Capacity Sensing - No More Guesswork: The detergent capacity sensing feature is a game-changer in itself. By analyzing the load size and detergent concentration, the washer determines the precise amount of detergent required for each cycle. This eliminates the guesswork and potential waste of detergent, ensuring that every load is efficiently cleaned without any excess soap residue. The result is not only cost-effective but also eco-friendly. Super Speed Wash - Quick and Efficient: In addition to the AI Wash and detergent capacity features, the Super Speed Wash setting deserves special mention. With this option, I can wash a full load of laundry in a fraction of the time compared to conventional washers, without compromising on cleaning performance. This feature has been a lifesaver during busy days, allowing me to tackle laundry efficiently and get back to other tasks in no time. Ultra Capacity - Versatility and Convenience: The 5.3 cu. ft. ultra capacity of the Bespoke Washer offers incredible versatility. From large bedding and towels to smaller delicate items, this washer can handle it all. The spacious drum ensures even distribution of clothes, resulting in a thorough and balanced clean. No more worrying about overloading the washer; I can now wash large loads with ease. Stylish Silver Steel Design: Beyond its impressive features, the Bespoke Washer's sleek Silver Steel design adds a touch of elegance to my laundry room. The contemporary appearance complements my decor seamlessly, making it a stylish addition to the space. Conclusion: The Bespoke 5.3 cu. ft. Ultra Capacity Front Load Washer is a true game-changer in the world of laundry appliances. Its AI Wash and Detergent Capacity features have revolutionized the way I do laundry, making the process more efficient, eco-friendly, and hassle-free. The Super Speed Wash and ultra capacity further enhance its convenience and versatility. If you're seeking a cutting-edge washer that takes the guesswork out of laundry and provides exceptional cleaning performance, the Bespoke Washer with its AI Smart Dial is undoubtedly the perfect choice.

Best washer I have owned. Very quiet, and seems to be really efficient. I have even washed big 9x15 drop cloths in it.

On February 17, I purchased three large household appliances— a washing machine, a dryer, and a dishwasher— from Best Buy. To ensure everything would be perfect, I also bought an extended warranty. Since I’m capable of handling it myself, I declined the installation service because, unfortunately, I’m not satisfied with the workmanship of most installation services. The first shock came the day after my purchase when I received a text message asking me to reschedule the service appointment initially set for March 11. The earliest available date was April 2— 44 days after my purchase! The second shock was realizing that the appliances didn’t come with the necessary installation parts. I made this purchase through Best Buy’s live web chat with a sales representative, opting only to exclude the installation labor. It never crossed my mind that these machines would arrive without such essential components. These weren’t accessories but necessary parts for operation! The sales representative never warned me that I would need to purchase them separately. Moreover, the order confirmation screenshot sent by the representative clearly stated, “This item has services and parts included!” The third shock happened on the scheduled service day. While randomly checking my Best Buy account, I noticed an open slot for March 14. I immediately rescheduled my appointment, and the service team confirmed via text message that they would arrive at 10 AM. I adjusted my schedule accordingly. However, Best Buy’s partner, Lone Star Overnight (LSO), kept pushing back the service time— first to 11 AM, then 12 PM, and finally 1 PM. I couldn’t wait at home any longer, so I had to leave, leaving my two daughters— one older and one younger— at home. The service team finally arrived at 1:26 PM, which I later confirmed through my security cameras. The fourth shock was the rudeness and carelessness of the service team. Even though my daughters asked the technician to wear shoe covers inside the house, he repeatedly stepped outside wearing them and then walked back in, which I could see from the cameras, along with the annoyed expression on his face. I also noticed that the appliances were delivered without packaging! (Could they have been display models and open box?) Since I saw this on the cameras, I asked my daughters to closely monitor the technician and check for any visible damage. When I got home, my daughters told me that the technician struggled to move all three appliances by himself and that one machine scraped against the wall during transportation. However, since he didn’t take our questions seriously, they hesitated to object and say, “We don’t want this in this condition!” Instead, they simply took a picture of the damage. The fifth shock came from the response of Best Buy’s customer service representatives when I shared this terrible experience via text, phone calls, and web chat. • I was told, “We’re handling it immediately, you’ll be called today.” Yet, when Best Buy never called, these conversations continued with different representatives for three days, repeating the same sentences over and over. • Even after I sent a photo of the damaged machine still on the moving cart, one representative had the audacity to say, “How do we know you didn’t do this?” • I was told, “You need to bring the machine to us; we can’t pick it up. Once you bring it in, you can receive a replacement.” • Despite the order stating, “This item has services and parts included” I was told, “Sorry, you have to purchase them” when I asked about the washer’s hot and cold water inlet hoses and the dryer’s power cord. For an additional cost that was only about 1% of the total purchase price, these sales representatives showed no effort or initiative to resolve a disappointed customer’s frustration. In short, since we expected our new machines to arrive, we got rid of our old ones. Since that day, we haven’t been able to do laundry at home. We are still waiting for our new machine. If I experienced all of this just during the initial purchase, I don’t even want to imagine what I might go through during the five-year warranty period. It was a terrible experience. I think my next purchase won’t be from Best Buy.

Work wonderful! Delivery was smooth people were very kind and professional. 10 out of 10 recommended. LOVE that you can do payment plans with 18 months interest FREE!

We have purchased both dryer and washer. They are amazingly silent. The steam feature of both are nice and helpful for clothes. Easy to handle by app.

The best part for me is using the AI option and the system determines how much water and detergent to use. The machine does a better job than my other machine and I’m loving it. We also have a baby and we use delicate function for baby clothes and they come out clean and int over twisted.

very good washing machines I am viewed with purchase and service in store and home delivery

Amazing looking washer that performs above the standard. Affordably priced.

I love my new washer. It's so beautiful and sleek, I've had it for several months now and have had zero issues. The quickwash is one of my favorite features it can get a small load of laundry done in less than 20 min. Can't wait to get the matching dryer.

The washer and dryer work great, no issues with it

Purchased washing machine in February of this year worked fine until today Midway through June. The drum has come apart and shakes violently when in the spin cycle. Contacting Samsung customer support tomorrow and inquire about the factory one year parts and labor warranty.

Phenomenal item stacked with a kit. Versatile and quality of life improvement. Living in a Full house with randoms users allows for an easy wifi linked set of reminders for all house mate that use it.

Excellence service and courteous installers. Totally satisfied with the product and service.

Excellent product. If you are a family like our, we needed something sturdy yet able to handle a lot of our delicate clothes. This system, particularly the AI option has been a very good benefit for my wife.

This machine does a great job cleaning but it leaks!! I called & had a repair person come and he told me even a hair can make it leak to take a cloth ea time I wash and wipe the bottom of the door and the rubber seal. It’s a pain to do that every wash and it clearly doesn’t work.

Product came on time and I was satisfied with the customer service.

Love my Samsung washer very easy to handle didn’t even need instructions to know how to use it highly recommend
