A:AnswerYou would need to contact Verizon. As you still owe on your phone, I doubt they would give you credit for it. The promo "at least according to them" is upwards of $480 applied in monthly installments until 24 months has been reached. Funny for those like me who have always paid in full for phones and this is our FIRST monthly installment.
A:AnswerTalk to a mobile bby worker, but to my understanding I believe you have to do the trade in and or claim you were a previous note 7 owner through the Samsung website.
A:AnswerVerizon does not do two year contracts no more, the 24 monthly plan is to replace the contract. If you are referring to your monthly bill staying the same, you will have to visit a Verizon store. I am a Verizon wireless store manager.
A:AnswerThe 32.75 is the price you will be paying a month for the phone alone. You will still have the line access fee which i believe is 20 and then your choice of data plan. Don't forget taxes and fees as well.
A:AnswerYou find out if you can add another line to your account by asking Verizon if your eligible to have another line. You can also sign into your account and see if it will allow you to add another line.
A:AnswerI believe it's a promotional offer, one trade in per phone purchased. But if you'd like you can trade in one phone for that offer and trade in the other with best buy.
A:AnswerThe monthly cost will be billed with your Verizon plan. You can use your Best Buy credit card to pay for the taxes & fees charged at time of upgrade. I could be wrong, but this has been my experience in the past.
A:AnswerIts an entire process. You go ahead and pre-order the phone through Bestbuy which gives you an additional $150 off and then use the Verizon trade in process through verizonwireless.com to get the promotional trade in value. This is what Verizon told me on 8/24/17. If this all works its the best value/deal on the note 8.
A:AnswerI chatted with Verizon today about a Note 5 trade-in and they said that the promotional value only applies if you buy the Note 8 directly from Verizon and not thru Best Buy. Seems like it could be an issue.
A:AnswerWell obviously the pre orders are over with but if you trade in your phone to Verizon they will give you the same trade in value. But at this point they won't give you the 150 because you didn't pre order.
A:Answerits says after you purchase the note 8 download the app on the phone to complete the free items ,,at that time is when you select the items you want ,,and you have to show proof of purchase receipt
