A:AnswerMy 1,600 sq ft house took 4 full cleans. Remember it may miss a room and to make sure if the map is wrong simply delete and keep letting it run. Adjust your suction to low to use less energy as it’s documenting the map. Best of wishes!
A:AnswerI don’t understand pile depth as a question, however it cleans cat kibble easily and large breed dog food is mostly successful. My dogs kibble is about the size of my pointing fingernail “he is a Great Dane” and I’d say 6/10 times the large kibble goes into the bin 4/10 it goes into the spin tray and kind of just stays there and eventually gives you a error or an alert to check. I’ve swept hair about an inch high infront of it and it sucked it up zero problems. I hope I helped!

A:AnswerThe power mode setting is easily accessed on your app that you would put on your phone you’re gonna have to have a Wi-Fi connection in the house if you don’t already, but it’s fairly simple on the app you’ll see it down at the bottom of the app for cleaning mods you just tap on the one you want
A:AnswerIf you relocate the base station, you need to erase the maps and have it re-map with the new base station. It takes 10-30 runs before the map finishes.
A:AnswerWe are happy to inform you that the robot is designed with Smart Sensor Navigation that prevents it from falling downstairs. The robot will sense the stairs and change direction to avoid any drops or falls.
A:AnswerYou'd probably want two robots. The mapping process takes 10-30 runs to make a map of a floor and it isn't set up to move the base between floors of the house. If you just wanted to carry the robot to the other floor and let it randomly drive around and then carry it back to the base, it'd vacuum while on the other floor, but you'd loose the advantage of it automatically leaving base, doing it's thing and self emptying.
