A:AnswerNot sure they carry it in-store. My BB store had little product on display today, but they ordered it immediately while I was there, with a 5-day shipping estimate. About 3 hrs. after purchase I received a notice that it had shipped. Another option is Amazon ($20 less), however it's not actually sold by Amazon (thus no Price Match Guarantee) with free shipping, so I'm assuming delivery time is the same for BB & Amazon. I'm ok with paying the extra $20 after thinking about it, because the BB store is 1.5 miles away so I know I can get service if something goes wrong, whereas if something were to happen to the Amazon shipper, I'd be out of luck. Their outside shippers don't always provide the best customer service...not saying this one wouldn't, but you never know. I do know I can trust Best Buy. (Note: the store is in the midst of reconfiguring for the holiday season, so perhaps not all products are on display or immediately available for pick-up. If you're not in a big hurry, 5 day delivery is ok).
A:AnswerHello, yes you are able to connect different speakers to the unit from the ones that are provided with the unit. Please feel free to email us at [email protected] if you have any further questions or queries about this unit.
A:AnswerHello, the subwoofer is to be connected using the cords, red for positive and black for negative. Do not mistake the front speaker connection for the subwoofer, once this is done, then this should work. You can review the connections in the manual, however, if this is done and the issue remains, please contact us at [email protected] and refer to the case number 9528545.

A:Answerwhat I meant about the speakers. Are they detachable from unit, if the whole unit won't fit on same shelf can they be put above or below on shelf. Are they connected by cord?
A:AnswerHello, this is known as the demo mode and in order to get the features off the display it is required to first power off the unit then press the "demo" mode on the Sharp remote control.
A:AnswerHello Chris, the unit will randomly play songs on an individual CD until all songs have been played on that disc. Once all songs are completed on that disc it will move on to the next CD tray and randomly play songs from the disc in that tray.
A:AnswerHello, the unit does come with a Bluetooth feature but as it relates to a Bluetooth speaker, we would not be able to advise on this. The Bluetooth feature was only made to connect a phone to the unit.
A:AnswerHi, thanks but I'm not sure what a subwoofer is (sorry, technically challenged, I guess). Will the system work okay if we just use the two speakers? As I said, we're limited on space.
